RitaPicture a rainbow, then try to describe its beauty in words - you simply can't. Its splendor defies description. So too it is with Rita, the Angel with a golden voice. Listening to Rita sing is a breathtaking experience. Words are simply inadequate to sound her praises. The name "Rita" means "God's Pearl" / "Gift of God" and a precious gift has been bestowed upon Rita.

Rita's voice is rich in volume and range of notes and reaches a marvelously brilliant crescendo that only a Nightingale can approach - it is simply Divine. Rita received voice training at the Israeli Conservatory of Music. Continuing her special training at Israel's "Academy for the Arts of Stage and Screen," Rita graduated Magna Cum Laude and launched her career on stage performing in the theater and movies internationally. If it wasn't for such an exquisite voice, Rita would be renowned also for her tremendous acting ability. After studying the performing arts at Israel's Conservatory of the Arts, Rita also won a national title in modern dance in her native Israel. When Rita combines these multifaceted talents with her wonderful singing voice, the impact upon the audience is truly awe-inspiring. Rita has performed with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, in concert with maestro Zubin Meta, in Broadway musicals and in the movies.

Whether Rita sings in Hebrew, English, French, Italian or Farsi (Persian), her songs reach into the heart with a universal language. A well-rounded stage performer, Rita is already a star in her homeland and her star is still rising. Rita's singing career has kept pace with her progress on stage and screen and her songs and albums have raced to the top of the charts (all going Platinum) in the land of Israel where her concerts and performances are looked forward to with eager anticipation. Rita has been named the National radio station's "Singer of the Year" and was acclaimed "Woman of the Decade for the Stage Arts" by one of Israel's leading newspapers.

Rita teamed up for a duet with singer-songwriter John Whitehead, famous for his inspirational songs such as "Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now" and "Wake Up Everybody." "Let Freedom Ring," a timely song the whole world needs to hear is a result and it will be released soon.

"Time for Peace," an English language song by Rita was selected by the World Champion Russian Olympic Ice Dancing Team (Irina Lobacheva and Ilia Averbukh) as the team's theme song for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games and World Championships. The Russian Team won the World Championship dancing to Rita's Time for Peace.

Rita starred in a Las Vegas style extravaganza and live multimedia performance, the "Rita One" show, a $5 million Production, complete with circus performers, dancers, acrobats, grandiose costumes, pyrotechnics and a magnificent video art display. The show sold out for every performance over its course setting attendance records in Tel Aviv Israel.

More recently, Rita won "Top40 Breakthrough Artist of the Year" at New Music Weekly for its annual New Music Awards. Radio, programmers and fans actually helped support the outcome of the awards through nominations that were posted at www.newmusicweekly.com . Rita had some rather stiff competition in that category beating out a number of new artists that achieved major Top40 success at NMW.
Again congratulations to Rita and to all of you for a job well done!

"If there were 3 people on a couch I'd sing to them." "This was my basic philosophy on singing since the age of 6. I knew this was what my heart was born to do and to date that has proven to be true."

Tomey's vocal ability and grace has garnered her much attention and the privilege of touring and performing with such greats as Julio Iglesias, Raul DiBlasio, Jeff Kashiwa, Chuck Loeb and David Pack (Ambrosia), as well as being the Opening Act for Patti LaBelle, Christina Aguilera, Enrique Iglesias & Barenaked Ladies and a featured artist in the first ever Florida Grammy Showcase.

"Although I'll still sing for 3 people on a couch I've since adopted another philosophy on life and singing. It's taped to my computer and I read it often: ‘Free your heart from hatred. Free your mind from worries. Live Simply. Give more. Expect less'."

GloriaGloria Tillotson Erardi, a southern belle from Arkansas began singing in church when she was only 2. Even as a small child little Gloria knew that she wanted to be a singer when she grew up. Gloria comes from a family of singers and is related to the famous singer-songwriter Johnny Tillotson who recorded such hit songs as "Poetry in Motion", "Tears on My Pillow" and "Earth Angel" to name a few. Johnny was one of the top 100 recording artists of the Rock Era according to Billboard Magazine. Gloria drew from her talented relative's inspiration and decided at an early age that she wanted to sing like an earth angel too.

Gloria has been writing and producing songs ever since. She recently authored a book, "Two Miracles Two Lives Saved" to be published next year which will be accompanied by an album of songs that she wrote and co-produced. Gloria sang a duet with the late great singer John Whitehead, famous for the Grammy nominated inspirational song, "Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now." Gloria sings "Bridge of Friendship" on the new "Love Has Begun" Album featuring Rita, Israel's Queen of Song. Gloria's sweet voice can also be heard singing back up on Rita's songs on the album.
